Mohammad Azim Ulfati

Founder & Chairman

Mohammad Azim Ulfati, is a visionary entrepreneur and compassionate leader serving as the Chairman and Founder of Run to Hope Home Care LLC. With a remarkable background, he exemplifies the qualities of a dynamic professional dedicated to positive change in healthcare and the broader community.

Mr. Ulfati holds a Master of Science degree in Management, specializing in Project Management and Leadership, from Strayer University. He earned his bachelor's degree with honors in language and literature, showcasing his commitment to education.

Before founding Run to Hope Home Care LLC, he led Management Education, Linguistic, and Technology Solutions LLC as Founder and CEO from 2015 to 2023. His prior contributions to community include roles as Senior analyst, SME, consultant, trainer, advisor, leader, project manager for various local and international companies.

 

Mr. Ulfati's dedication extended to Afghanistan, where he worked as a consultant and linguist alongside US Military Forces, demonstrating his elite linguistic skills.

As an advisor and instructor at the Defense University, Afghan War College, from 2006 to 2009, he shaped future leaders in Afghanistan. His media experience includes roles as a project manager, deputy director, and editor-in-chief. He speaks, English, Dari/Persian, Farsi, Pashto.

Mr. Ulfati's diverse background and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a prominent figure in healthcare, management, leadership, and education. He is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a symbol of hope and care within the community, inspiring those privileged to work alongside him.

Zobair Qasim Zadah

CEO & Alternate Admin

Zobair Qasim Zadah is an accomplished international professional, holding a Master of Arts in Contract Law from McGeorge School of Law, Pacific University. With nearly 8 years of diverse experience, he has made substantial contributions to renowned organizations, including USAID, the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, and other companies.

 

Zobair specializes in operations and program management, consistently showcasing exceptional skills. His unwavering commitment to self-improvement and a penchant for continuous learning drives his innovative problem-solving approach. Zobair is known for embracing diverse perspectives and fostering creativity and innovation.

 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Zobair is deeply dedicated to community service and volunteer work, reflecting his passion for creating positive impacts. Additionally, he has spent nearly one year providing essential home care services to seniors, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing the quality of life for others.

Sarah Bartell, RN, BSN

Registered Nurse & Administrator

Sarah is a registered nurse with over 8 years of experience, she received her BSN and began her career working in DC hospitals. Her experience spans across a variety of different health care specialties including primary care, pediatric care, wound care, and elderly care in both the hospital and home care setting.

She is well versed in medication administration, patient-family education, documentation procedures, and administration processes. She is committed to the well-being of her clients and is always staying up to date on constant changes that occur in the health care industry.

Sarah’s role as Administrator plays a vital part in the success of Run to Hope Home Care LLC. Her proficiency in software applications, management, staff education, and administrative duties are key to maintaining compliance and achieving if not exceeding the standard of care. With strong organizational skills she is able to oversee caregiver recruitment, task delegation, and appropriate care plan creation. Sarah is valuable asset and an essential part of our team.
